• YOGA IN THE PARK @ Lilburn City Park - the next Yoga in the Park will be held on Saturday October 12th from 11 AM to Noon.  It will be a part of Lilburn DAZE and is free!  We hope you can join us! 
  • COMMUNITY YOGA on Tuesday nights 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM @ Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, 1400 Killian Hill Rd SW, Lilburn, GA 30047, Phone: (770) 921-7434.  Each class is donation only. Pay what you can ($5 suggested). We will practice gentle, mindful yoga and breathing techniques.  Learn to connect your mind, body and breath while improving your flexibility, strength and balance. Bring a mat if you have one; we have extras if you need one.
  • YOGA FOR SENIORS:  "Breathing Into Balance" is a class that combines yoga, tai-chi and mindfulness to balance the body both physically and mentally. This gentle class links movement with the breath in a safe, easy, and effective way.
  • TEEN YOGA:  This class is specifically designed for teens.  We practice connecting your mind, body and breath while improving agility, strength and balance.   It is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through the breath and spend time in quiet relaxation.  


If you have a group that would like to practice yoga, I will travel to you and the first demonstration class is FREE.  Minimum of at least 6 people and a maximum of 15. The cost is $90 per class hour.
